This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Luni Living website.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.

Item Condition:

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Instructions

1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@luniliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Instructions: We will send you instructions on how to complete your return, including packaging and shipping guidance.

3. Pack your item: Place the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. 

4. Ship it back: Send the package to the returns address provided in the instructions and we recommend using a tracked postal service of your choice. Pay the carrier directly and retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Return Costs
  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product or they no longer want the item.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

- Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

- Cancellation After Order: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Refund Process

- Refund Period and Processing: We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and ensuring it meets return conditions.

- Refund Methods: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you with the process.
